You may be surprised how simple they are. (at least they are to me, I supposed because I’ve made hundreds upon hundreds of batches.) But once you do it once, the complex factor fades and you’ll realize how simple it is. You do not need to understand complex chemistry to formulate or prepare products that are oil + fat based. The beauty of the products being 100% oil + fat based, is that they contain no water based ingredients, meaning no preservatives have to be introduced.
In the spirit of the matriarchal future, I decided not to put any restrictions on the use of these recipes. Because wisdom should be passed down freely, not hoarded, it should be carried forward. Make these products for yourself, for your loved ones, or even to take to market. The only ask? Honor the tradition and the craft.
